Description: RegLoader is a program that is to be considered for advanced users only. Although much care has gone in to the program it should be used at your own risk. Regloader can load the registry using Regedit4 even if registry editors are disabled. As well it can load one user while you are currently another. The only restriction is you still must have write permissions to the registry as the current user.
